Nivedita is a fellow of NITIE (doctoral program) in organizational behaviour from NITIE, Mumbai, in the area of Emotional Intelligence and Managerial Innovation.She holds a Masters in Psychology from Dayalbagh University (Deemed University), Agra. She is certified on various tools such as 16PF, FIRO-B, PAPI. She is also an internationally certified trainer by City and Guilds.
