Nivedita specializes in the area of psychometric assessment and organisational development. She has an experience of more than fourteen years. She has worked with Randstad (I) as a Consultant in the area of Assessment Practices and IIM, Indore.

Nivedita is a fellow of NITIE (doctoral program) in organizational behaviour from NITIE, Mumbai, in the area of Emotional Intelligence and Managerial Innovation.She holds a Masters in Psychology from Dayalbagh University (Deemed University), Agra. She is certified on various tools such as 16PF, FIRO-B, PAPI. She is also an internationally certified trainer by City and Guilds. Teaching is also one of her passions and is associated with MICA, Ahmedabad as a visiting faculty.

Nandita is a value driven professional who has worked across industry domains and brings to the table a sense of intent, passion and commitment. She has done her PGDBA from Jaipuria Institute of Management with a high degree of distinction. A keen management thinker and an advocate for gender equality she has always strived to make a difference to the people around her. She has co authored a book – New Horizons in Indian Management which is a pioneering work on India's 21st century management.

Endowed with a keen eye for detail, business acumen she has was instrumental in driving the significant parameters of the business model which focused on inculcating a habit of reading among young minds at one of India’s leading media houses. She was part of the Hindustan Times Pace program and was responsible for facilitating significant tie ups with leading schools. She played a vital role in helping budding professionals make right career choices at UPDESCO.

Dedicated professional with 17 years of experience in managing a full spectrum of Talent Management and Change management. In KPMG India, led several engagements around Talent Mgmt such as competency framework formulation as well as design and conduct of Assessment Centers.

Led a team of Change Mgmt consultants as a Lead Consultant, Business Transformation (Org. Change Mgmt) at Fujitsu Consulting India.Currently associated with corporate Supply Chain team of Landmark Group as a Change Manager for a large business transformation initiative.
